Commission was for Contractor's Contract  Administration including preparation of tender, provision of all QS services throughout the contract and liaison between the Client and Contractor.

Upon completion, the Client family were very pleased with the contractor's performance and said:-

"This work is fantastic"

Their Architect advised that it was a long time since a contract had run so smoothly.
