A new website "carbonaction2050" offering advice on low-carbon construction has been established to help the industry meet future UK emission targets and understand conflicting facts and figures.

The website endeavours to allow users to gain information on specific actions relevant to their role by accessing different areas of the website. For example, the Buildings in Construction section is aimed at contractors, architects and surveyors  and a typical action is to reduce the embodied carbon of materials.

Users can post their own case studies for consideration to be posted on the website.
