RICS Level II Survey - Brighton

Not much renders me speechless, but I must admit I didn’t really have too much to say after starting to read through the survey. I think we’ve had a very lucky escape by having the survey and not just moving in.

The estate agent who was selling the property just phoned to find out if we were proceeding, as I told him we’d be getting the survey on Monday, and I was rather cross because of everything that was wrong, as I’d just literally been reading the survey, but he’s taking the issues very seriously and I think he’d prefer to market the property as a renovation rather than something that’s ready to move into.

And thank so much you for all the work you’ve put into the surveys - they’re very comprehensive and enlightening.
