Thank you for this, its very helpful.

We visited again this week and spent time with the vendors, they have all of the paperwork except the HETAS cert which they never got when they moved in.

It was helpful having your list and they were able to answer all of our questions.

Really useful knowing the jobs we will need to do when we own the house.

Again thanks for this, we have passed on a copy to our solicitor with our notes from the visit.
